Loretta Lillford is a palliative care nurse who has had the amazing privilege of meeting some incredible Ugandan people, and is an example of a woman who has seen a need in society and has taken steps to do something about it. Loretta has founded Smiling HeARTs under the Kyabram based organisation of HUG - Help Us Grow.
