Rosemary Rutledge comes from a background in nursing, midwifery, maternal & child health, lactation consultation and family therapy. She established and manages the Parent-Child Program at Family Care which deals with families with children aged 0-4 years old experiencing issues with their parenting. The program helps the parents understand how to communicate with their child, and understand what their child is trying to say.
