Astrid Sweres is a mother and grandmother, and recently retired after a busy and fulfilling career in marketing and fundraising. Due to her experience in 1966 of being coerced by society into placing her first child up for adoption, Astrid became a passionate advocate for the rights of unmarried mothers and their children. Astrid shares her personal experiences and opinions about how this has effected her life.
